Your services/treatments are reserved especially for you. I understand things happen from time to time; however, all my clients' time is valuable, and therefore, I ask that you respect my scheduling policies.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least THREE hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than three hours notice will be charged 50% of all services scheduled.
To ensure everyone has the appropriate amount of time for their scheduled appointment, a 5-minute late policy will be strictly enforced. You will then be considered as a No-Show. All clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification (no-show) will be charged 50% of all services scheduled. If the charge does not go through, an invoice will be sent out and it must be paid before your next reservation.
When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Please have your credit card ready when booking. An automated appointment reminder will go out 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will NOT be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, you may choose your method of payment.
