Policies and Consent Form

You will receive a reminder for your upcoming visit. If you no show (no contact made via phone or text before the visit) the credit card on file will be charged 50% of all scheduled services. 

There is a 2-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your credit card on file will be charged a 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee if there is a less than the 2-hour notice.  If the card on file is invalid, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before any future visit.

I know that you have busy schedules, which is why I offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. 

A 5-minute grace period will strictly be enforced. If it exceeds, you will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged the 50% fee of all service(s). If multiple services have been booked and need to be deleted, the cancellation fee will also be charged. ALL services you have booked for must be completed at the time of your visit to prevent cancellation fees.

All scheduled services must be completed at the time of appointment. If you need to remove any service(s), please do so at least 2-hours in advance. If a service cannot be completed or a service is removed at the time of the appointment for any reason, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

If your credit card on file is declined to any of the charges mentioned above, an invoice will be sent via email./text The invoice will need to be paid prior to next visit, If multiple no-shows occur, all future services will require a deposit. 

Children under the age of 18 may not get waxed without parental consent. Also parent or guardian must be present at the first appointment to sign Consent Form for Minor. 

Children are permitted but must be seated to ensure a safe environment for you and me.
