You will receive a reminder for your upcoming visit. There is a 2-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

If you no show or cancel (no contact made via text a minimum of TWO hours before visit) the credit card on file will be charged 50% of all scheduled services. 

I know that you have busy schedules, which is why I offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. 

A 5-minute grace period will strictly be enforced. If it exceeds, you will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged the 50% fee of all service(s).  ALL services you have booked for must be completed at the time of your visit to prevent cancellation fees.

All scheduled services must be completed at the time of appointment. If you need to remove any service(s), please do so at least 2-hours in advance. If a service cannot be completed or a service is removed at the time of the appointment for any reason, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

If your credit card on file is declined to any of the charges mentioned above, an invoice will be sent via email./text The invoice will need to be paid prior to next visit, If multiple no-shows occur, all future services will require a deposit. 

Children under the age of 18 may not get waxed without parental consent. Parent or guardian must sign Consent Form and must be present at all appointments for Minor.  Female intimate waxing will not be performed on minors under 16 years of age. Male intimate waxing 18+ only.

Children and guests are permitted but must be seated at all times to ensure a safe environment for you and me.
